Recently went for semi annual exam. Reminders were sent prior to the appt.,staff was courteous, friendly and professional. Appt began when scheduled. It went well. Hygeniest was friendly and professional. Dr Brink was professional in exam, discussion and advice. Service was covered by my insurance. Happy with visit.

Dr. Brink is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He is extremely aggressive with his treatment plans, suggesting replacing crowns because they are old even though there was no indication that anything was wrong. The billing practices have changed since doctor Gonce left. My spouse was told he could pay 1/2 when his crown was ordered and the balance when it was done. The office contacted me two time about my spouse’s balance that wasn’t even due. I requested that they don’t contact me about my spouse’s bill. After the second call they stopped contacting me. The last visit I had, I was told that I had to put a credit card on file. I explained that my card was compromised and I was not using it and I was not comfortable giving my debit card. I was told I could no longer be a patient if I would not put a card on file or pay for my visits in cash, they would bill my insurance and send me the reimbursement. My insurance pays more than most plans and my credit is exceptional, I was offended. Needless to say, we have a new dentist.
