Patient Billing

We do not want finances to be an issue for our patients. We understand that it is not always possible to pay your dental bill in full so, we would like to explain our financial options.   We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 302-235-2400. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

  1. Payment is due at the time treatment is rendered. We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX, CareCredit and there is financing options also available through Lending Club.
  2. Dental Insurance – As a courtesy to you we will complete your insurance claim form and submit it to your insurance company. Your estimated co-payment** (the amount not covered by your insurance) for treatment is due at the time treatment is provided. If you fail to bring the required insurance information to your appointments we will ask that you pay the bill in full and be reimbursed from your insurance company with paperwork provided by our office. 
  3. Monthly payment options – If you need to make long-term payments we offer several financing options, one with CareCredit which offers up to 12 months DEFERRED INTEREST financing as well as longer terms with low interest rates. Our office also partners with Lending Club which offers TRUE NO-INTEREST plans and extended plan options. You must qualify for both these options.  Please do not hesitate to ask us about these options. We may conveniently qualify you right here in the office today, or click the links below to apply!
