Had a crown scheduled for this morning at 7:30am. When I arrived they told me they had no record of the appointment even though I had a card from them with the date, time and procedure. The emphasis the front desk staff was not about getting me in as scheduled but more concern about the schedule in their computer system. I am leaving this practice as a result of this. The staff is very unprofessional and refused to accommodate due to their error. Please stay away, you are only asking for a headache. In response to your follow-up: Much appreciate that you take the time to follow up. However, your staff never once went back to see if I could be accommodated for the day. There concern seem to be how if was not their error when it clearly was and no way to correct. That is where our frustration is.

Very professional and personable delivery of dental services. Comfortable environment. Painless cleaning and exam. I appreciated Dr. Brink's thorough overview of his observations from the exam.

Dr. Brink replaced my bridge. Aware of my sensitivity, he put numbing gel in the area and make the procedure very comfortable.

Quick service, hygienist was very pleasant and narrated her findings as well as gave suggestions for flossing techniques. Dentist was personable and confident in being able to remove a small lip growth that previous dentist have declined to remove.

Just started going here, so I’ve only been here for cleanings. They were friendly and got me in quick without too much time in the waiting room. Everything was clean and as it should be.
